Miles S. Thomas, AICP

Principal Consultant

Miles brings more than a decade of experience in community and economic development to Community PR. His career has been built around bringing private/public partnerships to fruition, building strong community and business partnerships, and working to augment public policy that supports and inspires entrepreneurship. He has served several local governments as a contracted planning and development consultant, and has cultivated a sharpened perspective to introduce creative solutions that meet the intent of policy without sacrificing feasibility. Prior to founding Community PR he earned a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois with a specialization in Economic Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.


David Flowe

Strategic Planning Consultant

David is a translator between the private and public sectors, and has built his career around creating strategies for efficient service delivery, mitigation of administrative redundancies, and project profitability. David’s expertise brings forward dialogue to establish pragmatic goals resulting in breakthroughs to release tension between land use intent and marketplace realities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina and has a decade of consulting experience driving a keen approach to public facilitation.
